Dr. Keietta Givens
Dr. Keietta L. Givens is the current president of the Miami-Dade Chapter of the National Pan-Hellenic Council. She has been a committed member to the Miami-Dade Chapter for over fifteen years and has served in different capacities on the council. She has served as 1st Vice, 2nd Vice, Chaplain on the Executive Board. Additionally, she has chaired the Program and Planning, Scholarship and Awards, and Greek Picnic Committees for the Miami-Dade Chapter. She is a die-hard supporter of the NPHC and looks forward to moving the chapter further in its endeavors.
President's Message
Dr. Keietta Givens serves as the President of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) -Miami Dade Chapter. The National Pan-Hellenic Council has a reach history since its founding on May 10, 1930 at Howard University. The mission of the organization is to work within the council to address issues that effect all members. The Miami Dade Chapter of the NPHC continues with a focus on the community which is the cornerstone of the organization. The focus is on Voters' Rights and the suppression of their rights, mentoring young people to foster a sense of community, homelessness and other issues that effect the South Florida community. The Miami-Dade Chapter Council has presented over $30,000 in scholarships to deserving students. The primary purpose and focus of NPHC member organizations remains to be community awareness and action through educational, economic, and cultural activities. We are here to serve the South Florida community for years to come. Thank you for joining us on this journey.
